No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the product arrives damaged during shipping.However, we want to emphasize that the chance of any damage is extremely rare and almost nonexistent, as we use professional, strong, and secure packaging specifically designed to protect the products throughout shipping.

🔹 Once the product has been used, no return or exchange will be accepted, even if it was damaged during shipping.

• All our products are handmade from 100% natural wax, so slight variations in color or shape may occur. This is normal and not considered a defect.

• No returns or exchanges are accepted after receiving the product, due to the nature of candles and handmade décor items.

• Replacement is only available if the product arrives damaged during shipping and has not been used.

• Once the product has been used, no return or exchange will be accepted, even if it was damaged during shipping.

• The customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photos of the item and packaging.

• After reviewing the case, we will provide a replacement or an appropriate solution.
